(1) If the road needs to be dug in connection with the connection of the stream or the change of the hole, the applicant should take the approval from the relevant body.
(2) If there is a need to connect water through a private property or a road, or if there is a need to change the hole in such a place, the applicant should take approval from the concerned land owner for that work.
